Remanufactured 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel – High Pressure Oil Pump – with IPR Valve and STC Upgrade 2004.5 – 2010 Cast Iron Body Pump – fits engine serial numbers after 6,344,943 (The 2004.5 and earlier pump is aluminum and looks totally different – see our Ebay store) One Year – Unlimited Mileage Warranty This listing also includes: – A new or remanufactured IPR Valve – this is at least a $149.95 value – Genuine Ford Part Number 4C3Z-9B246F STC Fitting upgrade kit (This kit repairs a design problem with the STC (Snap to Connect) fitting that was a common cause of high pressure oil leaks. The new style fitting is already removed from the kit and installed on the high pressure pump for you. You will receive the remainder of the kit which includes the high pressure oil pump cover gasket and other seals and gaskets necessary for installation of your new HPOP. – This is a $60 Value NOTES: Failure of this pump is a very common issue with the 6.0L Powerstroke. We very strongly recommend replacing the high pressure oil pump intake screen located in the bottom of the high pressure oil reservoir below the engine oil cooler. In a large majority of cases where the high pressure oil pump has failed, we find that the high pressure oil pump screen is torn. If the screen is not replaced, the high pressure oil pump will fail again in a very short period of time. Some additional time and effort is required to check and replace the screen – but it will save significant time and money in the long run!
