Once a product has had gas added to it the item needs to be taken to an authorized service center for any repair or technical assistance which many be covered under warranty. We are also unable to arrange for a technician to come to your location for service. Replacement parts and products other than engines are not eligible for returns including generators, pressure washers, etc. All authorized engine returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, cleaning, etc. The customer will be responsible for both the original outbound and return shipping charges.
