Why buy this over a wooden alternative ?We all know fibreglass is super strong/light and is not a porous material like mdf – for you perfectionists – its a PREMIUM audio material. This enclosure is 100% sealed 1 piece structure with no joints delivering maximum performance. Also note similar mdf alternatives have a flat face and the rear is made to fit as good as possible, not perfect – these both decrease mounting depth potential and they have small volumes limiting subs that can be used. This product is the best you can buy at the best price, they go out all over the world and nobody can make anything similar for the same price. Every enclosure is made from start to finish by me , ensuring ultimate quality satisfaction. Fitment to most vehicles is perfectly fine via the heavy duty 50mm wide Velcro provided. Peel off the backing and push fit enclosure in place. For certain vehicle or heavy subs, or fast cornering 😉 …i also provide a DIY nut/bolt system to tag the enclosure to the trim. The answer is no, the price you see is the price everyone pays. This is the best price for a full fiberglass stealth enclosure worldwide! Even when shipping is added. Let me share with you if i charge the average rate per hour of a skilled manufacturer in the UK : £20 per hour, an enclosure takes 7 hours + to make , thats £140 without even adding material cost to it. You are getting these at a fantastic price, and i can only do it at that price because i have chosen to specialize in these and my workshop is set up to make a batch of these every week, as efficiently as possible. The price is gradually increasing as the cost of materials increases so get one now. To add, when you change the car , this enclosure will be exactly as it was when you purchased it , it will still have the same demand, and still have the same value, you can re sell it easily and get your money back = bargain! Is the carpet colour a good match ?The carpet market is not as big as people presume, there is not many shades of colours to choose from, the carpet is matched best possible from what is available. For most customers in the past this has been absolutely fine with what is sent as standard. If you want to see a colour chart of samples i have in stock please ask via messageIf you want to persist to an absolute match you can spray dye the carpet to your vehicle trims , all vehicle trims can age and colour slightly differently. Is the enclosure strong enough for my woofer ?simply yes – for any woofer , fiberglass is very strong , especially in a 1 piece structure like these, i -70kg- can jump up and down on one. I have never had one come back to me for reasons of breakage of the enclosure structure. Will my sub fit ?you are responsible for making sure your sub will fit, be that comparing against the listing info , or providing me the fitment details of your woofer. Thats the : cut out hole diameter mounting depth you can find these in the sub manual and manufacturers website. as they are made to order, i can adjust to suit your needs, although some subs may require an extra cost for fabrication. My view is, peoples priority should be the enclosure, as theres only 1, where as there are hundreds of subs to choose from. I have seen wooden stealth builds cheaper are they the same ?No absolutely not, the mdf versions available on ebay are made in mass in eastern Europe. These are made by computer cutting slices of MDF board, then sticking them all together to form the enclosure body, that fits roughly into the side area, i have had people coming to me after buying one saying they literally fell to bits after some use. They offer small internal volumes , set cut out holes and depth limits (that wont fit many woofers) Fiberglass is a premium acoustic material , a much more dense material than mdf resulting in better performance from a sealed box. Many customers have come back to me saying they cant believe how much louder my stealth’s are than their original mdf box Can it be ported or can it take 15 inch woofer ?No – the point in these enclosures is they save space , ported enclosures require atleast 30% more size, not suitable for side mount recesses. If you prefer the bass of a large ported box, or 15 inch woofer – then you need a large ported box that will use up all of most boot spaces. With the port specifically made to match, not the cheap plastic tube rubbish that people think they can just cut a hole a stick in any enclosure. Can i get it for the other side ?If i say on the description above available for both sides, or there is pictures of both sides in the galley – yes, in most cases no – as one side has a suitable recess and the other side does not so there is no space for an enclosure.
