eBay Here we have a custom made EDC Titanium Ti Keychain consisting of: 1x Titanium(Ti) Carabiner medium size 1-3/4in/44.45mm in natural Titanium Silver color, 1x Titanium (Ti)Turning Fork Rotating Swivel anodized in Blue, 1x Titanium (Ti) Lucky Horseshoe 🧲 in natural Titanium Silver color, 7 titanium split rings blue anodize and natural silver color and two titanium screws anodized in blue. Total Length: 3.5in/89mm. ***Attention Buyers*** It was brought to my attention from my customers that there are cheap inferior knockoff copies of this particular item which is made of Aluminum/Steel and being advertised as Titanium indicated as (Ti) and being sold here on eBay and other online market sites. These knockoff copies are also being spray painted with anodized paint. The drawback of painting aluminum or steel is (1) paint is temporary and will eventually fade over time, (2) Paint can scratch and nick very easily if rubbed against metal objects like keys, etc. The manufacturing of these knockoffs are really poor quality as I’ve handled a few that was passed onto me from a few customers. Like the old saying goes, “You pay for what you get” You buy cheap, you get cheated”. So you are paying for a poorly made product and a misrepresentation of an item that is not what it’s advertised as which is FRAUD. If your paying for titanium (Ti), you should get titanium (Ti) and not aluminum/steel. Rest assured, in this listing you are getting a very high quality, Grade 5 Titanium (Ti) piece. I have added Loctite Thread Locker Blue 242 to all of the screws on this Keychain. Loctite Thread Locker Blue 242 is designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners, it secures nuts and bolts from accidental loosening. Most of my titanium pieces and brass hardware are custom made by me using either a Lathe Mill Drill Press combo machine or a CNC Machine. Each and every piece is physically/visually checked by me. My standards are high and any imperfections or defects goes to the file 13 bucket being the trash can🗑. Rest assured, you will be getting a high end precision custom piece hand made in the USA. My number one choice of material was titanium (Ti) for this Keychain (Carabiner, Tuning Fork Rotating Swivel Lucky Horseshoe 🧲. My decision to use titanium was based on these positive factors: Lightweight and strong – It has the highest strength-to-density ratio of any metallic element. It weighs almost the same as aluminum but is stronger than steel. Corrosion resistant – It is highly resistant to corrosion even in sea water and chlorine. Biocompatible – It is non-toxic, non-allergenic and perfectly compatible with the human body. Durable- It is more durable than gold and has become a popular choice for designer jewelry. WHAT IS TITANIUM? Titanium is a lustrous transition metal widely used by the aerospace industry due to its ability to withstand the harsh condition of outer space. It has also become popular with medical manufactures since it is completely non-toxic to the human body and can be safely implanted in the body. The clevis brass pin that goes through the top of the Tuning Fork acts as a swivel which will allow your keys to rotate in a 360 degree rotation without binding or tying up. To put it simply, it’s a coupling between two parts enabling one to revolve without turning the other. The pins and washers are brass while the screws are stainless steel.
