1.- RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can do a return or exchange within 14 days of placing your order. You have the option to either return your item(s) for a refund to be credited once we’ve received your returned package or exchange your item(s). You will get your refund once your items are inspected for eligibility and it typically takes within 7 to 14 business days.

Return New Items Only: Returned clothes must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached.

Some Items Cannot Be Returned: Unfortunately, Final Sale items and accessories cannot be returned. Please consider that for hygiene reasons the following products will not be available for exchange or refund: gels, control bodysuits, body shapers, girdles, and any intimate garment.  All SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.

A Refund if Returned Within 14 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund in your order within 14 days of purchase.

Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed. If the item(s) is damage, missing hand tags or passed the return policy window, it will be return to the customer. Item (s) that are final sale or clearance will also be return to the customer.

Nayeska Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We always recommend insuring your package.

2.- SIZE CHART

Our sport cloth is one size fit all, it will fit small, med, and large. Our workout cloth is from Colombia.

3.- Shipping information

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For in stock items, please allow 1-5 business days for processing the order and shipping. Orders received on Holidays or weekends will ship the following business day.

Please note that on some occasions, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

Nayeska Fitness Boutique only delivers to addresses in The United States. Shipping is not available to P.O Boxes. Now we do not offer international shipping.

4.- Shipping options

You may choose the shipping method you prefer during checkout: Standard, priority and priority mail express. Please check shipping times and cost before placing your order. Remember that delivery times only includes working days and Holidays are not considered.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will ship via standard service.

5.- Tracking and delivery

You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided by USPS. Please note that shipping is done by a third-party company, therefore, we are not able to guarantee your order’s arrival date. Nayeska Fitness Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage shipments during transit; therefore, all lost or damage shipment must be reported to USPS directly as soon as possible.
