Any return postage costs will have to be covered by you the buyer. We do not refund for postage unless we agree prior that the item has been sent to you incorrectly.
Boot liners can be returned only if we have sent the incorrect product. We will exchange your Boot Liner if required but you will need to cover any excess postage fees. Postage fees will not be refunded for orders made incorrectly on the buyer behalf. Years must be checked, and variations for your vehicles boot plan must also be checked prior to ordering a Boot Liner Tray. For any exchange that is no fault of our own a handling fee of £5.99 will be charged before the exchanged item is sent out.
