This is a fun vintage Disney Winnie the Pooh baby “Carry All Bag with Changing pad” .. ie, a diaper bag with changing pad. It’s an overall vinyl construction. Pad is tucked inside side pocket. Top has flaps that lift up with hinges, has a strap for shoulder carry that doesn’t look like it was ever extended. This comes with its original tag (some bending) and in overall unused condition, so I’d be surprised if it had ever been used. Fun Pooh design with all of his friends and labels of different areas, like where Heffalumps are. Measures about 17 inches long, 10 high. I don’t have a date on it, but based on the graphics and the general appearance of the tag, my guess is this from is the 1970s or early 80s. That being said, it does show some age, primarily in a musty smell inside. There was some yellow age spotting in areas of the vinyl outside. That wiped off easily. There’s some heavier spotting on the underside, I’ve tried wiping that off and its not coming off as easily. It might with another cleaning trick or stronger elbow grease. I also see a tiny slice in one of the flaps, very insignificant. I got this second hand, and my hunch is this was tucked in storage for many years and only recently emerged again. Airing it out or attempting to treat it will likely take care of the mustiness in time. (I’ll try myself, but no guarantees!
